首届（2021）中央戏剧学院•国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）评奖及报名启事

2021年是国际戏剧“学院奖”创办十周年的特别日子，中央戏剧学院增设“学院奖”（导演奖），其目的是激励最具深刻表达、革新观念和独特艺术风格的戏剧导演，并推动具时代意义和前沿艺术价值的戏剧作品获得更广泛的关注。同时，通过我们的评奖，能够将代表着时代精神和创作前沿的艺术精品展现给观众，鼓励那些在创作中弘扬本民族艺术精神，不断开掘作品深度，不断创造崭新艺术语汇，突破以往的导演艺术家，并能激励导演艺术的新锐力量不断成长。

2021年，由中央戏剧学院主办的首届国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）将落户大凉山戏剧节，由中央戏剧学院导演系和凉山文旅集团共同承办此次评奖及颁奖活动。国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）每两年举办一届，将面向全世界范围开展剧目征集。国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）的评委将由国内外的知名戏剧艺术家、学者、戏剧院校专家组成。此次评奖设置为六个奖项，包括：最佳导演奖，最佳青年导演奖，最佳实验戏剧导演奖，最佳儿童剧导演奖，最佳文旅演出导演奖，终身成就奖。

二．参评剧目征集标准及报名方式：

我们将面向自2019年7月1日至2021年7月1日期间首演，在全球范围内进行社会公演的戏剧演出作品进行征集。具体参评信息如下：

1.参评国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）需由各个剧目出品制作方自主报名，每个剧目只可申报一个奖项。

2.此次评奖将以视频评审的方式进行，各奖项申报人需提交完整的演出高清视频。奖项申报须经该剧出品方同意，并以第一导演为主申请人。

3.报名是以剧目演出视频为依据，报名方通过互联网方式将剧目上传至网盘，并将链接及报名表一并发送至国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）官方电子邮箱。（其中，中国报名剧目以“百度”网盘软件链接发送；国际报名剧目以“Collect by We Transfer”网盘软件链接发送）

4.我们对报名剧目视频的字幕做如下要求：以中文台词演出的剧目需在视频中同步配备准确英文字幕；以非中文台词演出的剧目需在视频中同步配备准确的中文和英文字幕；以形体表演为主的无语言剧目可不配字幕。

5.提交的视频要求为AVI、MTS、MPEG、MP4、MKV、WMV格式其中一种。

6.报名剧目需确保其演出作品不触犯中华人民共和国法律。

7.具体报名方式：

报名时间：2021年7月18日至8月27日

报名邮件内容：报名参评剧目视频（全剧）的下载链接，及报名表格（表格见附件），请在报名电子邮件标题处写明申报奖项名称。

8.“最佳青年导演奖”是颁发给在35周岁以下（1986年6月30日以后出生）的导演。

9.整个评奖分初评和终评两个阶段，颁奖典礼在本年度大凉山国际戏剧节期间举行。

10.“最佳文旅演出导演奖”、“终身成就奖”由国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）组委会提名推选，其余奖项则由国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）评审委员会进行评选。

三．附则：

1.参评剧目视频中的演出形象将可能用于国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）评奖宣传及学术研究，国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）组委会将拥有其使用授权并保障其不使用在国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）评奖等活动之外的商业领域。

2.参评剧目的报名视频及资料将不做退还，由国际戏剧“学院奖”（导演奖）组委会进行存档保存。

3.申报者须是参评剧目知识产权的拥有者或合法授权使用者，并保障其知识产权及演出内容不侵害相关法律和第三方。

4.本申报说明自颁布之日起施行。

5.本申报说明最终解释权归主办方所有。

The 1st (2021) International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award)

I. Introduction of the International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award)

The International Theatre Academy Award has been globally influential since 2011, which was founded and hosted by the Central Academy of Drama, the leading theatre & movie school in China. Since its establishment, eight Acting Awards and one Academic Award have been successfully held.

Year 2021 is the 10th anniversary for the International Theatre Academy Award. The new Academy Award for Best Directing is set up by the Central Academy of Drama with the aim to encourage the directors with the profound expressions, revolutionary ideas and unique art styles, and to promote drama works with contemporary significance and pioneering art value as well. Through this award, we also want to present the audiences fine art works with spirit of the times and cutting-edge creativities, to inspire ground-breaking directing artists who carries their regional artistic spirit forward, keeps exploring the depth of their works and creating new artistic vocabularies, to stimulate growth of the pioneering directing art.

In 2021, The first International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award) will be hosted during DaLiangshan International Theatre Festival, organized by Liangshan Culture & Tourism Investment Group and the Directing Department of The Central Academy of Drama. Usually, the Award is held every 2 years. The submissions accepted globally are judged by internationally famed theatre artists, academics and experts from leading drama schools. The Directing Award includes 6 categories: Best Director, Best Young Director, Best Director of Experimental Theatre, Best Director of Theatre for Children, Best Director of Theatre for Tourism, and Lifetime Achievement Award.

II. Eligibility and Rules

We will accept submission of theatrical performances around the world which were first publicly performed from 1st July, 2019 to 1st July, 2021.

1. Submissions for the International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award) should be applied by the production, with the limitation that only one award open for one play.

2. A complete high-definition video is required because it is used for award judgments. The director should be the first applicant and applications should also be approved by their respective production.

3. Applicants should upload their HD videos to the online disk, and then send the link and application form to the official email address of the International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award). Chinese applicants should upload their videos on “Baidu” Online Disk, and foreign applicants should send the video via“Collect by WeTransfer”Online Disk.

4. The requirements of subtitles are as follows: Chinese speaking plays should be subbed in English, while non-Chinese speaking plays should be subbed in Chinese and English, but both need to be synchronized. Physical plays or other types of non-speaking performances are not required of subtitles.

5. The submitted video’s format is required to be one of AVI, MTS, MPEG, MP4, MKV or WMV.

6. The plays applied for this award must not have any contents against the law of People’s Republic of China.

7. How to Apply:

8. “The Best Young Director” is for directors under the age of 35 years old (Who was born after 30th June, 1986).

9. There are preliminary and deciding phase in this competition. The ceremony will be held during the period of Daliangshan International Theatre Festival this year.

10. The Award of Best Director of Theatre for Tourism and Lifetime Achievement Award will be nominated and selected by the International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award) Committee. The rest will be selected by the judges of the awards.

III. Appendix

1. The organizing committee will be authorized to use the videos during the International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award), for including but not limited to publicity, discussion and academic purposes. And it is guaranteed that the submissions will not be used for other commercial purposes.

2. The submitted videos and documents will be kept and archived by International Theatre Academy Award (Directing Award) Committee, which will not be returned.

3. All applicants shall be the owner or legally authorized user of the intellectual property rights of the participating plays and shall ensure that their intellectual property rights and performance content do not infringe the relevant laws or third-party rights.

4. This declaration shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.

5. The final interpretation right of this declaration belongs to the organizer.
